Maxboost is proud to offer a lifetime product warranty on all of its slim cases, screen protectors, and Ambrosia Battery Cases. We will provide coverage for these products for the extent of its life. All additional products including most battery cases, and battery packs (external batteries) are covered by a limited one-year warranty. If a substantial defect in material or workmanship arises with your Maxboost product due to a manufacturers defect, case degradation or normal wear and tear AND a valid warranty claim is received by Maxboost, we will gladly replace your Maxboost product at no cost to you within the first 30 days. Proof of purchase in the form of the original purchase order or packaging slip is required for warranty validation and reimbursement. Warranty claims must be made directly to Maxboost. Please note that Maxboost cannot be held liable for damages to your personal property resulting from any misuse or improper care and maintenance of the Maxboost case.
Exclusion and Limitations
Maxboost does not cover any purchased through non-authorized dealers and/or online auction websites. Non-authorized 3rd party receipts or order numbers are NOT accepted for warranty verification.
This lifetime warranty ONLY applies to Maxboost slim cases, screen protectors and the Ambrosia Battery Case Series. This warranty does not apply to damage to the Maxboost case caused by accident, abuse, misuse, use for any purpose other than its intended purpose, acts of God, or any alteration or modification of the Maxboost product.

The original buyer is responsible for all the shipping costs of sending back the Maxboost product. Any customs fees, including, but not limited to, taxes, duties and any other courier related fees, are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure safe delivery to us. Maxboost is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged shipments for the returned package. If you are within 30 days of the purchase date, you may be eligible for a pre-paid return label to return the faulty product.

It is important to note that you may also be required to answer some simple questions to verify the authenticity of the product so we can assist you further. If Maxboost determines, in its sole discretion, that your product is defective in quality of materials or workmanship, Maxboost will provide an RMA number and assist you with the replacement process.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES SHALL Maxboost OR ITS AFFILIATES BE LIABLE TO YOU OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE PROPER OR IMPROPER USE OF ANY Maxboost PRODUCT, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, PROPERTY DAMAGE, LOSS OF VALUE OF THE Maxboost CASE OR ANY THIRD PARTY PRODUCTS THAT ARE USED IN OR WITH THE Maxboost PRODUCT. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, YOU UNDERSTAND AND AGREE THAT Maxboost HAS NO LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGE OR DESTRUCTION TO ANY CONSUMER ELECTRONICS DEVICES OR OTHER PERSONAL PROPERTY THAT ARE CONTAINED INSIDE OR OUTSIDE THE Maxboost PRODUCTS, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, CELLULAR PHONES, OR OTHER HANDHELD DEVICES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA CONTAINED IN THE AFOREMENTIONED DEVICES. SOME STATES AND/OR JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, THEREFORE THESE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSIONS MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.
